Our Approach

At Artistic Designs for Living, good design is fundamental but we know it is not our clients’ only concern. Construction and remodeling have the reputation of being stressful, time-consuming, and over budget. Our approach prevents those problems. We spend time with you, listening carefully and considering all aspects of your project — from your design tastes, required functionality, and budget to the property’s quirks and your city’s codes.

Project Management

Project management is our strong suit — a great relief to our busy clients who are not looking for a second career in design and construction. We work with you every step of the way: planning, designing, assembling a team, reviewing bids, managing and scheduling architects, engineers, and contractors, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and furniture. Unlike most interior designers who concentrate on finishing touches, we build upon a solid foundation and manage the process from start to finish.
